الحمدُ لله الّذي عمَّ بِفَضْلِه، وَمَنَّ بِعَدْلِه، ووَسِعَ بِرحْمَتِه، حَمْدَ مُعْتَرِفٍ بِمَا أَوْلَاهُ وَآتَاه، مُغْتَرِفٍ مِنْ فَيْضِ نُعْمَاهُ وَرُحْمَاه، وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى مُحمَّدٍ مُصْطَفاهُ ومُجْتَبَاه، وَخِيْرَتِهِ مِنْ أَنْبِيَائِه، وصَفْوَتِهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِه، وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِيْن، وَمَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ بِإحْسَانٍ إلَى يَوْمِ الدِّين. وبَعْدُ،،،
We seek to create the future, this is the motto I set for this institution.
Through my work in various administrative positions and my contribution to the establishment of many educational institutions, not to mention my experience in education, I find that there is a gap between what is education and skill, and between certificate and reality, and between outputs and the labor market.

The idea came based on the need to establish an institution concerned with creating digital skills, since we live in the digital age, and classifying these skills and finding the complete structure for them, including curricula, tools, applications, certificates and educational cadres, leading to distinctive certificates that are of a global character, characterized by quality in content, flexibility in presentation and ease. In memorialization, it is a means of obtaining work and a tool for success in it.
The digital skills certificates that we designed and obtained patents and new and distinctive trademarks in the world are a knowledge addition that includes all fields concerned with the digital, human and administrative aspects, carrying digital knowledge outwardly and replete with social values inwardly, making a professional individual in digital science and distinguished in the administrative position, And successful in social work, as it enables individuals to manage and share digital content in an effective and creative manner that leads to increasing accuracy, efficiency, quality and productivity in all activities of public and practical life, and increasing the digital development of individuals, institutions and governments to bring about digital transformation, achieve business success and build a modern knowledge-based digital economy in the 21st century .
We will not leave work that enables us to embody our vision and mission in:
- Excellence in building an institution that is a distinguished scientific and cognitive model, and a platform to be emulated to raise the adequacy of the path of science and education by the pen of this age, which is the computer, and in compliance with the call to read, which commanded us to learn by the pen, and the pen of this time according to our vision is the computer.
We will spare no effort in achieving our goals in:
- Helping today's job seekers with digital skills in the 21st century specialized skills that help them stand out from the crowd
- Building distinguished professional cadres capable of producing knowledge and developing society.
- Helping individuals, institutions and governments to be prepared for what the 4IR brings, what its AI innovations bring, what the WR revolution offers and what 6G brings to us.
Finally, we ask Almighty God to accept it from righteous deeds, beneficial knowledge, ongoing charity, and calling to it, Glory be to Him.
And Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
